DESCRIPTION DETAIL OF :
An update to the Degree Works login process is scheduled on Thursday, April 18th between 5:00 and 6:00 PM. After the update, authentication in to Degree Works will require your NSU email address and use the same login process as your NSU Email, Office 365, and Self Service Banner

DESCRIPTION DETAIL OF MAINTENANCE:
On Friday, April 19th, 2024 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM (Eastern Time U.S.), all TouchNet related payments will be unavailable. TouchNet, NSU eBill, Marketplace, Graduate Applications, Transcript Requests, Tuition payments, Recruiter Payments, Parking Portal payments, and all other TouchNet related payments will be unavailable during this timeframe.
APPLICATION BENEFITS:
No feature pack updates will be applied to the TouchNet applications during this time as the maintenance will only include routine server and infrastructure updates. These routine server and infrastructure updates contain important system-level security and performance improvements for the continued successful operations of the TouchNet applications.
Next feature pack update will be released on June 7th, 2024.
